Our clients are looking for a graduate manufacturing engineer to join their team. This role would ideally suit a recent graduate or someone graduating in July 2011, who is looking for a first step into industry. The role would be a direct appointment and the company would be looking for approximately 1-2 years commitment. You will be tenacious, keen to develop and analyse processes and be forthcoming with new ideas. Your role will be to get involved with performance issues, maintenance, factory through-put, availability of resources, assisting with the implementation of lean manufacturing and MRP. Experience of the theories of MRP, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc. would be advantageous.
